Embroidery Designer at Nishat Linen: Uzma Faraz, working as an embroidery designer at Nishat Linen, proudly announce me as a student of STEP Institute of Art, Design, and management. The STEP has proven to be the best part that happened to me as it helped me in making my career. I have always been inspired and attracted by the field of fashion design.
I belong to a normal family, however, despite all the ups and downs of life, my family has always supported me. My career at STEP was highly informative and valuable. It has enabled me to stand at the place where I m working along with many great names. By being associated with such a world-class brand, I learned a lot about fashion designing and the experience helped me develop, explore and magnify my own unique abilities and sense of style. I feel that a greater emphasis has been placed at the practical side of our field during our years in the institute. Fashion designing is all about practical work; it is about getting results and tangibly showing one’s performance. So I feel that the STEP helped me to get more involved in fieldwork right from the beginning. I am really thankful to STEP INSTITUTE of ART DESIGN & MANAGEMENT for making me able to work with a leading fashion organization.
