Head Designer at KIDS Breakout
When I was young I was confused about which place to go and which field to choose for my future. Without any restriction, my family decided to let me choose the field in which I’m good at and in which I can put my 100% effort. When I was studying my father was running his own factory of polyethylene bags, and out of all the interests I had, I chose FASHION DESIGNING because it was not merely an interest but a passion.
I have three sisters two are elder and got married and one is younger than me, when I was studying somehow a crisis hit us and my father had to close his factory, at that point I decided to prove myself and to support my family. I studied FASHION DESIGNING from the well-known and well-versed institute of Pakistan which is none other than STEP institute of art, design, and management.
I did HND from STEP among all the best faculty. They taught me how to create my own style. I have always tried to be creative and different from others. During my designing programme, I learned all the technicalities and functionalities of my field which is now beneficial for me. After doing HND from STEP, I applied for the post of assistant fashion designer in BREAKOUT. They called me and after going through my portfolio they were highly impressed by my work.
The next day, they approached me back, and now AL HUM DULLIALH I’m earning very good from the market that’s just because I believe that I can and I will. My advice for ongoing students of STEP is that never lose hope and give your best because you have a hero inside you and you are being trained by the heroes. I’m thankful for every single person who taught me and helped me build the blocks of my career.
