Students learn through projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities, and demands. Students focus on a particular subject area and develop a range of specialist skills and knowledge.

They are assessed continually through practical project works, coursework’s, written assignments, and time-constrained assignments and through giving presentations.

You will learn about the legal forms of business ownership, financial accounting, business documentation, communication in businesses, the structure interpretation and use of financial documents, and how they are used in a business environment. In addition, specialist units are available such as Marketing, Human Resources, Accountancy, Event Management, Team Development, Creative Product Promotion, Retail, and Law. This course is varied: you could, for example, develop an idea for a new product or service, draw up a business start-up and implementation plan, present it to investors, sell your product or service, develop a business event, lead a team of people or produce a case study on an ethical business issue. Students will cover a range of topics that include:

Admission Criteria


Wide range of teaching methods is used, such as lectures, seminar, group and individual work and learning through case studies of real businesses. We are liaison with employers and guest speakers who show up to demonstrate what the real industry life is like. There are uncountable numerous number of trips to local businesses throughout the course.


This course is coursework based and assessed in a variety of ways including presentations, role-plays and time-limited exercises.

It is absolutely essential to do your coursework of each unit in two weeks. Which may be made up of :

  • written report
  • a display
  • a PowerPoint presentation
  • some role plays or
  • A web-based task.

Entry Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 GCE O Levels with a Grade of “C”.
  • 2nd Division in Matric or Secondary School Certificate (SSC).
  • Any other equivalent qualification.



You must have competence in the English language to study with us. The most commonly accepted evidence of English language ability is IELTS 5.0 (with a minimum of 4.5 in all four components). If you don’t meet our minimum English language requirements, we offer an intensive Pre-sessional English course. We are an accredited Pearson English Centre.


Entering into this course rigorous you need to go through the initial assessment test and the interview which is conducted to judge your current performance.
